Parfaits look fabulous, taste fabulous, and are fabulously easy to make. So if you are scared of your kitchen or if you are looking for a healthy recipe that your kids can make, then try a parfait.

In its simplest form, a yogurt parfait is basically fruit, yogurt, and granola layered together.

The Basics
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
½ cup berries
2 tbsp. granola

Directions
In a large glass layer the ingredients together, repeating layers. That’s it—really.

It doesn’t get much easier than that, but you can also get creative. You can put together a parfait bar for your kids and let them choose the toppings and do the layering themselves. Or visit a berry farm and pick your own toppings!

Big, beautiful glasses can make your parfait look amazing. Or sticking it in a waffle cone and skipping the granola can make it easy to eat on the go.
