The physicians of Utah Valley Pediatrics are pleased to announce that we will be opening a new Mapleton office on January 13, 2020. The Mapleton office will be open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm.
This office will be staffed with the Spanish Fork pediatricians you already know and love. Set appointments with Doctors Peterson, Leifson, Fullmer, and Stroshine on these days:
Monday – Dr. Peterson
Tuesday – Dr. Stroshine
Wednesday – Dr. Stroshine
Thursday – Dr. Leifson
Friday – Dr. Fullmer
The Mapleton office is located at 724 South 1600 West, Suite 203 (on the 2nd floor of the building). Elevator access and outside stairs can be found on the south side of the building (inbetween the new Mapleton office and Maple Mountain Pharmacy). The door to the inside stairs is located on the west side of the building.
